  I’d been craving wings for days; they’re supposed to be coated in sauce, but I received wings that barely had a hint of color from it. This isn't the first time it's happened, but this time I was really disappointed!

  I was having an issue using the 5 free wing promo online for National wing day and called and was helped by a manager to be able to order over the phone. There was a some confusion regarding the 5 wings being boneless vs bone in, which I didn’t discover until I got home. I called, and the manager fixed it right away so I was able to come back and get the bone in wings instead. I truly appreciate the customer service since I’m not a boneless wing person. We eat at this location fairly regularly and always have great wings and service!

  The only reason I am doing this is because I ordered classic not boneless(aka chicken nuggets). If I wanted chicken nuggets I would have gone to McDonald’s.(FIY I had eaten some already that’s why there’s only 4 left in the pic.

  I got an order of wings combo my fries were great but the wings still had feathers on them and were dry and gross. I’ll never eat at wing stop again
