  Employees are amazing and have great customer service! I was beyond impressed watching the customer skills and the way each young employee handled customers with the long line. Employer should be very proud of their employees!

  We needed to send a family heirloom, a carved table from Japan, cross country to Virginia. Matt deserves top honors for expertly packaging this table to get it cross country safely. He also had to fashion a custom box as the table is oversized for shipping. His packaging was truly a work of art which successfully stood up to rigorous handling during transport. This is a great UPS store. They have great customer service. I've used them 3 times now and highly recommend them.

  I was in late last night, just 10 minutes before closing and Micah was training a new employee was doing a great job. I had SEVERAL issues and he walked me and the trainee through them. Then I left and he locked the door behind me, I noticed I was missing something and I knocked on the door and he came back to help me again. He really went above and beyond, I teased him about leaving a 1 star, so here is the 5 star review he earned!! thank you young man for helping this razzled lady at closing time

  For us, it’s the location which is very close to us. The staff have always been professional and very helpful, even when lines are long and people are not totally prepared with what they want to mail.
