  We only had a couple of small issues. The bed was a little stiff but not uncomfortable (personal preference) and the fan in the bathroom wasn't working, but they were responsive when we let them know.

  This place is amazing. Never have issues. Comfortable beds. Excellent service. Misty in the bar is the best!!!!!

  Outstanding value. Breakfast is amazing and hard to believe that it’s included in the price. ALL staff was outstanding, especially Christa at the front desk.

  I was pleasantly surprised by this hotel. I wasn't expecting it to be as nice as it was. Everything exceeded our expectations. The rooms, restrooms, & restaurant were all very clean & well maintained, & you can't beat the price. This will definitely be our go-to hotel whenever we travel to the Tri-Cities. A special shout-out to Juana, who works the morning breakfast buffet; she is a true asset to the hotel. The breakfast buffet also offered a great variety of options.

  4.5 out of 5 for sure stayed there for a couple nights and got a ride to the airport and Gloria the night attendant was a very rare gem good communication with her very pleasant and helpful with my luggage enjoyed my stay also the breakfast had great variety more than I’ve ever experienced anywhere else keep up the great work
