  Unprofessional and reluctant to help. Paid extra for tracking amd signature, tracking info provided was invalid and customer support line couldnt help therefore had to make an additional trip into the store to verify delivery. The store representative(pink and blue short hair) was terrible. Going to use FedEx from now on.

  Back in March, I went into this UPS store to ship a costly musical instrument across the country. The manager had already left for the evening, but she came back to the shop in order to ensure that the instrument was packaged correctly. The instrument arrived damage free and in a timely manner.
