    Went to drop off my Amazon package. When I came in the two ladies behind the desk were both on their phones and didn’t say anything. I saw the Amazon return area but I had to keep asking questions to get their help. Felt very unprofessional.

    customer service from the Spanish lady is horrible, her attitude demeaner and she was not friendly at all. made the entire experience unpleasing. I will never go back to that store and use the one in Tumwater instead.
