  Advertised on UPS official website as taking Amazon returns with a QR code, and also with neither a code or a label as long as you have the original label but nope! They will also try to charge you $65 on a FREE Amazon return. Always the same dude who drops attitude about it too. Won't do business here ever again.

  Update Ok, it seems the front desk person was correct. The store does not necessarily have to offer all UPS services. For example, UPS offers flat rate envelopes for approximately $20, but the store only offers $80 overnight. The particular UPS store may not offer the flat rate service - which is why I will never go back to this UPS store. Original Wow, I just received the worst service I've ever had at a UPS store. Condescending and rude, and apparently doesn't know how ups shipping works? The individual claimed that the lowest price mailer envelope price was $85 for my destination. Online pricing with the UPS website suggested $17 to $21. I don't mind if she is wrong, everyone makes mistakes, but she was both rude and incorrect. She got pricing by measuring the dimensions of the envelope and putting them into the pricing calculator for boxes with 1 in depth.
