  I picked up a foot long Tuna on the Italian bread to eat on my way to Tacoma. I didn't start eating it until I was 10 miles away. The top of the bread was DRY AS DUST. I was able to rub the worst of it off with my thumb while I was driving. I was still covered in bread crumbs by the time I was done eating. I called the store multiple times from my cell phone to let them know that they were serving OLD, DRY bread. They answered but seemed to be unable to hear me & indicating that I needed to stop calling. Once I reached my destination, I called them on a landline. They claimed again not to hear. Fix your phone.

  This is my favorite subway. Great customer service. Good food and store is always clean. Went there today and I'm so excited they just started offering the meal of the day!!
