  Often does not participate in Subway promotions ($3.99 Protein Pocket for example--this store wants $5.99).

  The bread i recieved was almost burnt. The staff had a hard time opening the bread to make my sandwich, and didnt even bother getting a new loaf. The veggies were frosted over, they were mixing old veggies with the frosted over veggies. None of the veggies didnt even taste fresh. One staff member didnt even wash his hands after collecting money. While putting the old veggies on top of the new ones, didnt even wear gloves and touching the food. I ate my second half of my sandwich and feeling ill now. The sandwich was so dry and had no flavor, even though I added sauces like my normal order. Barley had any veggies on it as well . Would not recommend this store until the staff is retrained. THEY were not even busy, even though in a nice plaza.

  Very bad experience. We ordered online and clearly specified that the bread and cheese should be heated, but they didn’t do it. The sandwich was cold. If a customer makes a clear request, it should be respected. I do not recommend this place. Zero stars.

  They literally never toast your sandwich. The order is always very wrong or missing, and they use the bare minimum amount on a sandwich. If you order take out it will take just as long as if you order there. I love the breakfast, but can’t waste money on this location anymore.
