  Useless. Fedex is the worst. Having issues getting a package. Told to go in person..all they could provide was a number. Both make front desk workers were rude, the flady behind them seemed to be the only one with common sense or knowledge on how to help solve my problem

  Company sucks!!!! Can't give an acute time for delivery or communication where a package will be if not delivered. Y'all need to hire humans instead of AI ridiculous..... -5 stars

  I was told that it would take 5 days for my letter to arrive to its destination and it's still not their. Not happy about it.at all.
