  I went in wanting to ship present to my daughter for a birthday and asked Miguel you know what what the prices were like and she told me honestly how much it is going to cost and said it was really expensive and I was probably better to go somewhere else cuz that's what I'd asked her when I walked in and she told me honestly and I really appreciate that

  I have been sending from this branch a couple of times before and all went smoothly without any hassle with the usual staffs. The last time though was different, the manager, I have never seen before, who attended to me was so arrogant and inconsistent. With my previous packages, the declaration was all done by the staffs and I simply signed it and left.

  Insanely overpriced for international shipping. I took a 3.3 lb. package here to ship to Nova Scotia and was quoted a minimum of $220. This was a ground transit price. I declined the offer, took the package to a locally-owned shipping company that uses FedEx as one of its carriers, and was given a ground transit FedEx rate of $60 for the same package. Guess who I went with and will be going to for my shipping needs in the future?
