  Staff were nice and helpful but delivery schedule still wasn't good enough. Price for my piticular request was difficult yes, Price wasn't really, but the company wasn't able to provide, I understand weekends mean a lot to most but so does a good wage. If people are willing to pay more for weekend fast delivery, give them a option, even if at a higher rate.

  The customer service wasn't pleasant. I asked if I could throw a box away there, and was told "no" because there was no place to "store" it. I didn't ask for storage. In the back was a City garbage bin, marked with the city logo; so I threw the box in the bin. The same obnoxious customer service agent came out and rudely questioned me about throwing the box in the bin, and rudely told me "that's recycling we will get in trouble for that," then stomped off. There was ZERO verbiage stating "No Recycling," on or near the bin, which already had cardboard boxes in inside of it, along with other recyclable items. I already make it a practice to avoid FedEx, and the interaction solidifies my avoidance.

  I went in wanting to ship present to my daughter for a birthday and asked Miguel you know what what the prices were like and she told me honestly how much it is going to cost and said it was really expensive and I was probably better to go somewhere else cuz that's what I'd asked her when I walked in and she told me honestly and I really appreciate that
