  Came during open hours about 1pm. Have been waiting for about 30 mins. No one is inside the store and no sign is posted. Lights are on and the back room door is slightly open. Called store number and it just rings. Have been a customer for over 10 years and NEVER had this experience. Where is the employee or the owner?

  Pretty efficient customer service. Despite being past the time they assist with signing someone up as a new customer. They made an exception due to inconvenience on their end. (Which I can’t complain about) Reason I rated them a 4/5 stars is because of the fact I was initially waiting around for next available agent to assist me.
