The UPS Store on State Route 20 in Oak Harbor stands out as one of the best experiences I've had, and that is largely thanks to Cooper. From the moment I walked in, Cooper was welcoming, professional, and genuinely kind. His positive attitude and customer-focused approach immediately set the tone for a great experience. What impressed me most was his empathy, willingness to help, and knowledge about what options were available. He took the time to answer questions, provide guidance, and ensure everything was handled correctly without ever making me feel rushed. In a world where exceptional customer service can be hard to find, Cooper delivered it effortlessly. His professionalism, attention to detail, and sincere care for customers are truly beyond reproach. As someone who relies heavily on UPS locations while traveling full-time, I can confidently say that Cooper is one of the best associates I've encountered anywhere in the country. Thank you for making what could have been a routine errand such a positive experience. The Oak Harbor location is fortunate to have him on its team.

- JJJoMar 3, 20261.0Normally I would give this store 4-5 star rating even with the long lines but the clerks are helpful. But today I went in to drop off some shredding. Online there was a 25% discount on shredding. When I got to the store the clerk told me that the OWNER had decided not to honor the discount even though there was a sign on the shredding bin in the store announcing the discount. This is not about the money, it is about false advertising and the lack of an explanation. If there was another option in Oak Harbor I would gladly give them my business.
