“I appreciate that this business provides opportunities to people from diverse backgrounds. However, during several visits, communication has been difficult because there often isn’t a staff member available with strong English fluency to assist customers clearly and efficiently. I’ve found myself having to repeat requests multiple times, which can make the experience frustrating. I hope management considers providing additional support or training to help improve customer communication and overall service.”

i was just in, and the short lady with the black hair and thick accent taking my order barley put any toppings on my sandwich. Then, when i politely asked for a little extra she put a handful on there. i didn’t care to tell her that’s too much because i can personally take them off. but as she was finishing the sandwich she didn’t even cut it straight. she cut it horizontal, and not even fully thru, i had to tear my sandwich apart once i got home because i thought it had been cut like its supposed to. then when she went to “wrap” my sandwich she just squished it. don’t even fold it over or make it neat one bit. just horizontally cut it, squished it closed and loosely and sloppily wrapped it. didn’t bother to give me napkins nor did she stay to give me my recipt.

Vegetables seem to be old and dry, the tomato slices have the hardcored center, I would never serve at home.. also they don't have enough people working behind the counter
Can't go wrong with subway. Always good.enployees are very nice here
