  Great place to stay. Rooms are nice and clean, well furnished. We very much enjoyed our stay.

  The staff person who checked us in was completely indifferent to our questions and even our presence. And then we got to Room 210, where the only light in the bathroom also powers the ventilator fan, which sounds like a '57 Studebaker without a muffler. We generally like Best Westerns, but this one was not a good experience

  The front desk woman this morning did not trust me when I had to go back to the room to collect my toiletries shortly after checking out, she questioned me and said that there is no room 111, well my friend just checked out of that room 5 minutes ago. It shouldn't be uncommon that I go back to the room to collect something that was forgotten shortly after checking out. My name was recorded as the guest staying in the same room as my friend when we were checking in. What is the point of recording me as a guest if she treats me as an outsider who was not staying at this Best Western. She should have verified that I was a guest in the room. I felt that the front desk lady this morning lacked critical thinking and I felt disrespected after interacting with her, this was a very bad way to start my day.

  The room is very small and smell and the same breakfast unchanged and the pool and the spa are very dirty un maintained kids was very disappointed .I don’t recommend to anyone who has a kids like me.

  Great location, close to many things. Not in a pretty area but met our needs. Room was dirty and sheets were gross and had to get new ones. Front desk responded but were not friendly.
