  Stopped by on Mother's Day to take advantage of the specials/sales...the gentleman standing at the entrance was so polite and helpful. He went out of his way to make sure that the handbags that I was purchasing were not floor samples and that I received ones still wrapped up in plastic that were in the inventory room. He was a breath of fresh air!!!!!I give the all around experience 5+ STARS!!!!!!!!

  Very disappointing experience at Michael Kors in North Bend Premium Outlets. The store was scheduled to close at 7:00 PM but shut its doors around 6:40 PM, citing cleaning. I returned within minutes (well before closing time) to complete a purchase, but the staff refused to respond or explain why they closed early. The manager’s attitude was dismissive and unprofessional, and other customers were also left outside. Had they been courteous or apologetic, I would have returned the next day. Instead, I chose to purchase elsewhere. Very disappointing customer service.

  Closed 15 min early!!! We got here just to buy one thing (which we knew we wanted) so we went to coach instead. Terrible customer service

  The atmosphere was warm and pleasant. However, we could not avail any offers during our visit. Hopefully, next time.
