  Made an order online through the app, paid nearly $20, then was told when I went in to pick it up that there was no order, while stifling laughter. Go somewhere else.

  5/17/26 at 3:30pm it was empty no soul in the store. The server was on the phone which I don't mind but he was so rude since the beginning of the interaction. I was ordering multiple sandwiches he was mad about it, It was a large order I get it. I forgot to ask one last one and he was so innecesary rude and told me I passed the limite of service and I can't order more from him. Worst worker ever. He was mad because he had to work instead of be on the phone.

  4pm and no one was at the front. Rang the bell 4-5 times and nothing. You should turn off your open sign if you're not actually open.

  This location refuses to participate in coupon offers. Best to travel to other locations that do, like in Burlington.

  The employees there have terrible attitudes, they are disrespectful. I was telling the guy what sandwich I wanted and he was super rude and told me to hold on a sec in a rude loud voice , and then when I asked to get my peppers toasted on my sandwich he told me he wouldn’t do it, and then when I asked him too he stuck in the oven and didn’t even turn the oven on then slammed all my stuff together and rang me up. That dude SUCKED and had the worst type of attitude. Not to mention it was so dirty in there. He kept making comments under his breath everytime I spoke and overall was probably the worst food experience over had anywhere in skagit county. Don’t go here they suck bad.
