  My husband and I needed to take multiple vehicles off of our policy. We called our local office and our agent was so helpful and it took nothing but a short friendly no hassle conversation and everything was done.

  Kara Rickman was a great help in obtaining SR22 insurance for my wife. Cheerful and knowledgeable. Asset to Allstate. My wife stopped by Don Schlagels office earlier in the day and was told by a person that Allstate didn't provide SR22. But they did through their sister company. The staff in that office should be advised of this. Thank you

  Even though I was just getting information, you know, can I save some money here? Meagan Balke went beyond the necessary - even booking a follow up. In a world where it's all about business, she was cheerful and if she didn't know the answer, she found out. AND called me back! That"s customer service - I know cuz I'm a business owner myself.
