  The employees at The UPS Store are always helpful and friendly. I recently stopped in to return an Amazon package and was expecting a quick drop-off, but the young man working there went above and beyond. He not only handled my return efficiently but also took a few minutes to help me figure out how to turn up the screen brightness on my new phone. Customer service like that is hard to find. I was in and out in no time, my return was taken care of, and I left knowing a little more about my phone. Great service and a great staff!

  Great people. We’re from out of town and I stopped in today because I needed to print a health certificate for a horse. I figured it would be a few bucks, and they should charge a fair minimum to pay for their time. Wouldn’t take my money, told me not worry about it. I had to shove a a couple bucks to the lady for a cup of coffee at least.
