I recently visited Subway and had an unpleasant experience with the server named Alex. He was extremely rude from the start, asking us how many sandwiches we wanted in a disrespectful tone. When we requested bacon to be added to our sandwiches, he looked up with a rude expression and informed us about an extra charge, saying he would have to heat it up, again in a very unfriendly manner. If Alex doesn’t enjoy making sandwiches, maybe this isn’t the right job for him. Customer service should be more respectful and courteous.

I recently did a mobile order for two 6-in toasted subs that were different. One of them being a sweet onion, teriyaki or my wife and the other being a spicy Italian for me with our respective condiments and veggies on our subs. I go to pick them up. They aren't labeled so I ask one of the people that made the sandwich to label them and they label it wrong. I then take the sandwich to my wife and then drive half an hour home and then find out that the sandwiches were swapped because I've got sweet onion teriyaki chicken on my sandwich which I can't eat along with mayonnaise and mustard which was not supposed to be on her sandwich which was supposed to be on mine. So then I go and I go back to my wife. I get the sandwich and that one also has sweet onion teriyaki chicken on it but also has stuff that she didn't order so they put that chicken stuff on both sandwiches and didn't label it. And then when I went back to the store with my sandwich, they said that they don't label sandwiches and that if I wanted it labeled I need to put it in a special request on the mobile app which is fine. I will gladly do that next time. However, Subway didn't create that label and spend money designing that label, So that way you didn't have to label the sandwich I wasted over an hour. I lost close to $150 because of that lost time and in gas and in the fact that I had to go out and get even more food from somewhere else as well as the added stress of having to do all of this with a 9-month-year-old baby that needs to eat. To be honest, I don't really know why they would not label sandwiches, especially when there's an order for two of the same sized sandwich. Also why would you put on ingredients on a sandwich that it doesn't call for and not even close to calling for? When someone does a mobile order theirs should we have more care when creating the sandwich because they're not there to make sure you do it right and dont cross contaminate. If I was to take a bite of that sandwich alone in my house with my baby I would have died with not enough time to get help. Luckily for me I always check my food before I put it in my mouth for this exact reason. To be honest, I'm not sure if you guys dodged a lawsuit or not yet. Similar stuff has happened to me at this location, specifically with the non-labeling of sandwiches that does not happen most other places that I have eaten.
Please reach out to discuss this further.

Bought a 6in amrican club with no extra add ons and no chips or drink and it was $11.59. I remember when they were $5 footlongs…. Price gouging and not to mention they were out of lettuce, spinach, and pickles. Go to Jersey Mikes for a proper sub sandwich.

The team is legendary, always fast, always clean and so respectful. The lettuce is always crunchy and the meatballs are always fresh. The management has set excellent expectations and the staff carry’s those out perfectly. Plus the staff is cool 😁

It was terrible I made a sandwich but they made it and gave it to someone else and helped other people before me, smh.
