  This is a very nice spot to stay, close to the gorge . My issue is I lost a watch, it was returned to the front desk, I've given my address, and have called several times to get this returned to me, I stayed from 6/5/26- 6/7/26, it has sentimental value. ...more than the watch itself ... Can't get any answers, super frustrating, as of today June 20, 2026, no watch.

  This was a great place and I would recommend to anyone. We did pay a little extra for a nice lakefront view but it was lovely and worth it! Super helpful and friendly staff. Amazing included breakfast served in the hotel restaurant, so you could sit by the windows and enjoy the lake view. And lots of food options including made to order omelettes. Very clean. The laundry facility was useful and worked great. Good wifi. Not walkable but easy to drive to lots of good restaurants. Plenty of parking even for large vehicles or trailers.

  Staff is absolutely amazing, good upkeep on rooms and hotel lots. Of parking available.

  I really liked this hotel so I booked it for another trip I took two weeks later. Unfortunately they charged me for a room I never stayed in on a reservation I didn’t make. I’ve called twice now to get it resolved but keep getting told the general manager will have to look at it and call me back.

  Your awesome staff!! I had a training event there for a week, from my arrival greeting, to my set up, and during my stay, your team was professional, delightful and diligent in their work to accommodate me and my staff. Thank you. I will certain look forward to staying here again should my travels bring me back to this area. Thank you.
