  My husband and I went there yesterday and the manager was the one that made our sandwich and she was nice, we sat down to eat and this elderly lady came in to order a sandwich and it was a different employee that came out to help her, next thing we know the employee (aleyah) or something like that was raising her voice at the lady who was so nice and just talking to her, the employee was degrading her and talking to her like she was stupid, it got so bad everyone in the place turned and looked to see what was going on. Finally my husband got up and asked for a manager because it was so out of hand and disrespectful we couldn't even eat, he went and intervened and the manager finally came back out saying she would take care of the situation (nothing was handled) they still made her pay for her meal after all of that disrespect and the young employee who has no place in being employed in customer service got away with how she treated that lady. We will never go back to this subway after witnessing that. I wish I took my phone out to record the situation but I was to in shock to even think about that. This is why people don't wanna go out to eat anymore.And spend the amount that it even costs.When you're gonna get treated so rudely, and nothing even gets done about it.
