Every single time I walk in, she is exuberant, friendly, and greets me by name! She is always incredibly professional, highly knowledgeable, and genuinely eager to serve with absolute excellence. But what truly sets Vivian apart and speaks volumes is her genuine warmth, kindness, and deep care for her customers. My experience today was nothing short of unbelievable! Vivian came over to assist another associate who was helping me mail a parcel. With a brilliant stroke of pure ingenuity, she realized we could use a smaller box—and her ingenious thinking saved me over $40 in mailing costs! I walked out on cloud nine and am SO incredibly appreciative of her! UPS is extremely fortunate to have someone of her caliber on their team. Thank you, Vivian, from the bottom of my heart! You didn't just save me money; you truly made my day!!! 🏆✨
- STSai Teja6 days ago1.0They don’t care about customers. I had an issue with my Amazon order, she was not able to listen about the issue. I had an Amazon order return missing. Item was never scanned and missing from 5 orders I returned. It costed $330. Her only statement was “without receipt I can’t help”. Dude, if it’s not scanned where will I get you the receipt. The existing receipt clearly missed the scan. It’s basic. I’m taking my business elsewhere. Done with this place. Just coz they are the only UPS for Monroe and sultan, they just don’t care.
