  Some of the rudest most disrespectful staff I’ve ever had to deal with. How did an absolute awful experience and will never go back. Strictly shipping with ANY other dealer from now on.

  I love the owner, managers, and staff at the UPS Store in Monroe, WA. During the Pandemic, they went out of their way to accommodate my special needs to avoid contact, and they are very generous with holding onto packages for me when circumstances beyond my control prevent me from picking them up. Staff are always very positive and helpful. I cannot think of one negative comment concerning that entire store and team. They do an outstanding service for the entire Monroe community here. I also hold very much in the highest regard for our USPS office here in Monroe as well. Sometimes the only option to receive purchased goods online is through UPS shipping. I have experienced past problems with UPS making deliveries to my residence so the UPS Store being able to receive UPS deliveries for me has brought me great peace of mind. I might be prejudiced, but I think we have the best UPS Store in our Region, I really do, and it all stems from the way the owner, managers, and staff place serving their customers as their top priority. So I want to thank the UPS Owner, Managers, and Staff at the UPS Store in Monroe publicly, for all that you do to serve all of us in our community. You are all A+.
