  I had a disappointing experience at this UPS Store. The employees were not friendly and did not seem interested in helping me solve my issue. I needed to print a shipping label, but there was a technical problem and the label would not print properly. Instead of trying to find an alternative solution or offering any assistance, they simply told me they could not help. As a result, I had to drive all the way back home just to print the label myself. I expected much better customer service and a more helpful attitude. Unfortunately, I did not feel welcomed or supported during my visit.

  I’ve tried to give this location the benefit of the doubt, but the customer service experience is consistently disappointing. The staff rarely seem friendly or accommodating and often come across as irritated by customers, especially near closing time. Most recently, I arrived about ten minutes before the posted closing time. Yes, I recognize that wasn’t ideal planning on my part, but the store was still open during its advertised business hours. I was told they had already shut down the register and could not process my transaction. If your posted hours say you’re open until a certain time, customers should reasonably expect to receive service until that time. Shutting down the register early may be convenient for employees, but it’s incredibly inconvenient for customers who now have to make a return trip because the store chose to stop operating before closing. To make matters worse, I only needed a shipping label printed. A simple courtesy would have gone a long way. Instead, I was turned away and told to come back another day. Everyone has an off day, but this felt less like an isolated incident and more like a reflection of the customer service culture at this location. I hope management takes a closer look at how customers are being treated, especially during the final minutes of posted business hours.

  This store helped us out so much, we called them from out of town to pick up a few items and package and ship them to us. They did it timely, professionally and reasonably priced. Would highly recommend their services! Thanks again for helping us out!!!
