  Few days late but I needed to do this because Daniel the Manager went above and beyond. I ordered for delivery the dasher forgot half my order, I was p$/! I called the store spoke to Daniela , she took down my address and within 15min delivered it to my house. If you happen to see this thank you and my kids thank you 🙏 Dinner was saved!

  I paid so much money for this shit are you kidding me last night I come in and the girl up front was giving me nasty looks when I finally got my order everything was wrong I was missing my my ranch and sticks and when I told them the man with the afo was so rude has to go get the manager thank god she made them give me the right food but totally not cool I used to love comming here the manager is always so sweet and my order is always done right but till the two up front can be professional I’ll be only comming back when Jana is working

  Last night I came in the black man who handled me my food was so rude all my food was completely awful and not right the manager came over and had to force him to remake my food I think his name was Kevin worst customer service I have ever had the manager kept saying sorry I wanted a sorry from him not her will never be coming back

  The food is absolutely delish! Every single item my kids and I got was soo good! The ranch, fries seasonings, chicken sammich, tenders, and wings were all soo tasty, even the soda was perfect lol. Nothing else matters..

  We Ordered online and picked it up, when I got home to eat it the boneless wings were mushy and undercooked and the classic wings were overcooked. They also forgot all of the ranch for 3 orders of chicken. The managers blamed it on “training” and re made the 2 orders of wings but while waiting 20 minutes for those wings my other food is getting cold and disgusting because they “are just remaking the bad wings” mind you it’s already been about an hour since I picked the original order up so the rest of the food is going to be cold and nasty by the time we get to eat it. This is a disgrace to claim as “the best wings”. I usually love Wingstop but this place today has made me not want to eat it again. They did nothing to resolve the issue except remake 2 batches of 6 wings while my fries and tenders sat here and got cold and tasteless. If this is how you’re “training” your new hires then I will not be back to this location. I’m extremely disappointed in this interaction and the food quality today. If I could give 0 stars for this I absolutely would. Edited: specifically asked for ranch when they remade the 2 orders of wings for 4 meal orders of chicken and they gave us 2 ranch. For FOUR orders of chicken! This is ridiculous
