  Jay was so kind and helpful! He’s a very sweet young man and actually took the time to talk with me and ask about my day. You can tell he genuinely enjoys talking to people and making customers feel welcome. And I have to say, he’s quite handsome too! Such a polite and respectful young man. I hope his manager knows what a great employee they have.

  Thomas Wilson associate at 2355. My interactions with Thomas have been one where he thinks about the customer and what the best solution is for shipping. He treats you like family and that is very refreshing when you don't know what you don't know. Is there a better or cheaper way to ship Thomas is creative in solutions. Wish there were more associates with his customer service skills.

  Super friendly guy helping in there, everybody in there is always great. And frankly, I don’t expect that at a UPS store so it’s refreshing.

  Unlike someone who mentioned here, Becky was absolutely nice to me and helped a lot with notary. I returned the next day to get the balance documents notarized only to learn she had left for the day. The other guy - JD or something who’s apparently the manager and a notary ‘declared’ he’s denying service today because they are short staffed. I offered to wait until the crowd cleared but he flatly refused to notarize and kept saying ‘No I’m just not going to do it today’. Wasn’t super helpful the day before either. I think they are well aware of the worst service and the mannerisms they offer but hardly care knowing people will keep coming. But his behavior today was beyond rude and highly concerning for someone who deals in customer relations. The owner should strongly consider whether he should still be working there.
