The customer service was terrible. They didn't know how to process a return. I chose the option to return the item without a shipping label or box, and they entered the code, which worked. But then they told me they needed the shipping label, and I kept explaining that this option didn't provide a label. They didn't understand, acted rudely, and said they weren't going to help me.

Best customer service! Super fast experience. The woman helping me assisted with a great print job and even helped cut the prints into the sizing I wanted.

Service was ok but they charged me 3 dollars to print an existing packing label to ship my package which should be a free thing considering I paid to have it shipped with UPS in the first place.
