  If I could give 0 stars I would! The manager is INCREDIBLY rude and unprofessional. I had asked for my sandwich to be toasted and the manager along with her employee instantly raised their voices and said “the toaster isn’t working!” Pointing at their very oddly placed signs that you’d have to be purposefully be looking for in order to see. My mom and I were both shocked. I told the manager that was really rude and she kept going back and forth with me saying “no it wasn’t”. I asked if she was the manager and she said yes and I told her I couldn’t believe as manager that she acts that way. She then told me she didn’t mean for it to sound rude. Then when I asked for the raspberry cheesecake cookies I apparently called it the wrong name and the employee laughed at me and said “you mean the raspberry cheesecake haha”. What a horrible duo to have running a business who serves our military members and families. It was a disgusting experience and I refuse to go back.

  This used to be a good little spot. Now they close early and are closed on weekends. I stood in line waiting for about 5-10 minutes, ordered a tuna sandwich, was told they don't have tuna. Then after looking at the menu for about 5 seconds I got skipped over. Then she asked if I was going to order something else. No, I just like to go to Subway and stare at the menu. Of course I didn't actually say that to her. So then I ordered an oven roasted chicken sandwich and she told me the toaster was broken. I've never worked at Subway, but if I'm not mistaken the chicken usually goes in the microwave. So at that point I just left. I would much rather go to a Subway off base that's open when I need it and well stocked rather than deal with someone who can't give me what I want and acts like I'm inconveniencing her. Maybe customer service just isn't the right job for you.
