  So since the start of my clean and sober date! February 12th 2026 I was brought to Cricket Wireless where Discovery Recovery a treatment facility bought me a phone. In my addiction I was without a phone for 18 months, someone jacked my phone. So I was super excited to get a Razor flip phone out the door was $499.00 dollars everything included. Just pay $67.00 dollars a month for service and Free HBO Max is included awesome 💯. So I can pay my payment in person, online, or buy a refill prepaid card from Walmart. So convenient, if service gets interrupted it's a $5.00 dollar reactivation fee no problem. I can upgrade my phone anytime I want. I need to add a line next month to have a spare phone, in case of emergency phone. My experience in Cricket Wireless stores I walk in, bam immiately employees at Cricket Wireless so quick Hello How can I help you today. Give your information, I.D, payment card. Bam in and out 💯 Also next month I need a hotspot for phone and a portable hotspot/router WiFi for my bedroom. I give Cricket Wireless 5 stars Excellent quality products and great service. Employees super friendly and helpful. I recommend Cricket Wireless to family and friends 💖

  I would give the person that helped us a five, but cricket in general a one star review. My mom signed up for cricket out of the Northgate office, and I was there to help her and the lady completely lied to us. We ended up going to the most convenient location to cancel the service as nothing. The lady promised us, my mom was actually true. The guy in the north end at this location, though was extremely helpful and knowledgeable and again, I would give him a five star review. Needs to work on training people, even to give a fake smile or even pretend that they’re interested.

  Poor customer service. Wouldn't wave the activation fee. I have never paid to have a line added. Then they wouldn't sell me the SIM card so I could activate it myself. Avoid this location at all cost.
