There is always at least one person working who is super knowledgeable about all things returns and shipping, including Amazon. I just show them my phone and they don’t make me feel dumb about my sometimes questionable tech savvy-ness. And they don’t turn me away as long as I’m in before they lock the doors for the evening. I’ve been in many times over the years

This place is always under staffed & they don’t train their employees! If someone needs a print job, there are no other people there to do packages! Was there the other day & the poor girl behind the counter was dealing with fax machine issues & 20 people started lining up (The self-serve Amazon machine was also down). People were getting rude and impatient and she couldn’t do anything about it. There should always be 2 people there

This store is Great! They’re one of the busiest stores in the state and they do a Fantastic job I’m always in and out even when there’s a long line! Nice Staff, Fast, and Efficient. Thankful for how hard they work!

Last week before Mothers Day I went to the UPS store to have Mother and Son,'s photos printed. Agent Malick was above and beyond helpfull. He paid attention to detail and was so Kind he even got me a chair to set down as I am in my 80's and a little woobly. All of the employees at the Maple Valley UPS are Great quick and effecient. However Malick is the the Champion 5 STAR.
