  Last week before Mothers Day I went to the UPS store to have Mother and Son,'s photos printed. Agent Malick was above and beyond helpfull. He paid attention to detail and was so Kind he even got me a chair to set down as I am in my 80's and a little woobly. All of the employees at the Maple Valley UPS are Great quick and effecient. However Malick is the the Champion 5 STAR.

  Takes forever when there's workers and so many customers the just stay there doing nothing and smells like smoke in the store horrible customer service

  I had passport photos taken at this location. When I went to the US passport office in Seattle, the photos were rejected for being cropped incorrectly. Fixing this UPS store's mistake cost me $30 and wasted 2 hours of my time. To management: please buy a $5 overlay tool so you can verify photos are correct.
