  I live in the apartment building right above this UPS store, but from now on I would rather drive to another UPS location than go to this one. I’m even going to post in my apartment community app to let everyone know that the service attitude here is extremely rude. The staff has no patience, doesn’t explain issues clearly, rolls their eyes at customers, and provides terrible service.

  Always had great experience with the staff until recently with a lady who seems to be passive aggressive and she seems passively hostile and also impatient with the folks coming in. Btw The Asian staff are super friendly and super efficient.

  I am not sure why there are negitive reviews and tors the older man? He is always nice but I have notice once in a while he seems with a less smile but not rude. I don't think people realize how busy it gets and it is an exhuasting job. Their service is fast and easy to do return drop offs. I normally get customer service attitudes with the UPS on 196th and hwy 99 next to safeway and never went back. This UPS near the mall is closer and has better customer service.
