  Great store!! This location is great! Coffee shop next door, outdoor seating, clean and efficient for a quick and friendly experience! Not sure why the one review about this location closing early 6:30...what! That's not true! No way! The hours are posted right at the front door open to 7:00 pm I've gone there several minutes after 7 pm, customers in the store, he welcomed me in!

  I had great experience with the staff when sending packages domestically. However the UPS address validation system keeps failing validating correct Canadian addresses; I had to go to FedEx for that specific package. Minus two stars for the UPS address system.

  Great customer service! I went to another UPS store and they wanted to charge me to print a shipping label, this store did it with a smile, and no charge

  I had a bunch of artwork, pictures, and family mementos that I needed to ship to family members around the country. Additionally, I needed help packing it because I was really nervous about it getting there safely. I was pleased to see that there were two attendants on staff, Ava, and Sky, and honestly, I could not be more pleased with the service. Ava was kind enough to come out and help me get it from my car. And Sky took charge of sorting and packing it all up for me. Despite taking a couple hours packing and, neither Ava nor Sky ere ever impatient, always thorough, and friendly, even when the line backed up. Sky was able to find me a couple discounts; I didn’t to ask for. The price ended up being less than I had expected. If you are looking to ship things and needed help packing it, go here! Good people, really helpful and patient. Well done to you both!
