I go to this subway quite often since I live next to it but it seems like every order I have, there’s always a problem. They’re either “not participating“ in a promo when says the app they are or they get my order entirely wrong.
They put my sauces on the side, even mixed up the breads and meats. Browning lettuce is somewhat common too- I always catch them before they put it on.
What’s the point of getting a sandwich out if they can’t even follow simple orders. They make mobile games for this stuff. A child can make a better sandwich for me.

I asked for a bigger cup for my water with my sandwich and she tried to charge me over 3 dollars for just a cup…. That is insane. And the meatball tasted kinda gross.

I put in an online order… When I called, they said that the order was not received. They hung up on me. Then when I tried to call back, they did not pick up. After five calls, I gave up. When I arrived, the lady at the counter asked if I had an online order which I nodded to… And she literally said, “Hey, come here!” Sounds to me like Subway here needs to have a customer service training session.
