I usually come here during mu lunch break and staff are attentive when it comes to custoner. However, I went here today and this lady attendant was on her phone whe I got in and I was standing there to get serve for a good 2-3 minutes (no one else is there but me). She served me while on her phone talking to someone. Unprofessional. (I think she was russian)

Dude literally sits in the back with his phone and you can tell the way the shadow reflects on the wall, didn't come out. Took forever.
Lazy terrible service.
Order in person if you want extra anything. I have ordered in person and I alway have to ask for more when I say extra anything. Online Order is a constant disappointment. Its like at almost every subway. But this one is consistently bad. What happened to this company??? This order was extra lettuce, and onion. It was pretty much the standard. I feel sorry for anyone who doesn't ask for extra. The sandwiches look so depressing.
