  I had an amazing experience at Michael Kors! Jamie was absolutely outstanding—she took the time to explain every detail about the products and materials, and went above and beyond to help me find exactly what I needed (and more). Adrienne was also incredibly welcoming and attentive, which made the whole visit even better. The level of customer service from both of them was truly exceptional. I honestly felt like a superstar during my visit. Big thanks as well to Max for his help and great energy! I will definitely keep coming back as long as this amazing team is there—they are truly top of the top.

  We were acknowledged and helped by all 3 employees. One helped with a watch we had purchased. Top notch customer service. The watch itself we are also very happy with.
