  On Sundays place doesn't open at posted time inn Google maps. Arrived here and saw that they have over written the time with chalk markers..

  My experience with customer service was bad. The girl did not explain the plans well or answer my doubts. Instead of providing attention, he just said that the prices were on the screen. I expected a friendlier treatment and better guidance as a customer. I hope they improve the attention and willingness to help.

  Annabel brought the magic like Disney! My Lynnwood Cricket Mobile experience was Top Tier For Service, Knowledge, and Support thanks to the help of Annabel. Dreams are much closer to us than we think. PI have been searching for better cellular service, data, affordable rates, and support from a real Lynnwood Neighborhood Location. All I had to do was risk it for the biscuit and walk through the doors of Cricket Mobile Lynnwood the process was life changing. Thank you Annabel, for the energy, enthusiasm, and charisma to making me a happy Lynnwood Cricket Mobile customer!

  Today I had the pleasure of visiting the Lynnwood Cricket store, and before anyone said a word, I knew something was different. Oddly enough, it started with the atmosphere. The store was clean, welcoming, and even smelled amazing. That may sound like a small detail, but excellence often announces itself in small ways long before it reveals itself in big ones. Then I noticed the customers. People were smiling. They weren't stressed. They seemed genuinely happy to be there. That's when I realized I wasn't just walking into a phone store—I was walking into an environment shaped by leadership. And then I met Stephanie. From the moment she began helping me, she demonstrated a level of professionalism that was impossible to miss. She listened carefully, understood exactly what I needed, and handled every challenge with confidence, patience, clarity, and humor. When a phone call needed to be made, she stepped up immediately and handled it with the kind of skill that turns problems into solutions. What impressed me most was that every obstacle seemed to energize her rather than frustrate her. She remained focused, kind, and completely committed to helping me accomplish what I came there to do. I've learned that stores don't create experiences—people do. And Stephanie created one of the best customer service experiences I've had in a very long time. As I often say, "People may forget what you sold them, but they rarely forget how you made them feel." Stephanie made me feel valued, heard, respected, and appreciated. Cricket should be proud to have her. The Lynnwood store is fortunate to have her leadership. And customers like me are fortunate to cross her path. Thank you, Stephanie.
