  Disappointed! Stayed here for 3 nights, the entire building smelled “old” as soon as we entered, very outdated, they only “renovated” outside walls. Breakfast was horrible, scrambled eggs had runny water, everything was bad. Second and third day of stay, they were serving by cold bagels for breakfast- their washing machine broke down apparently. Noise level is very high. DONT COME HERE!!!

  This was an Ok hotel. A/c loud, bathroom needs updating. Bed were comfortable and clean. Breakfast was not good or as advertised. Room was not ready till 2.5 hrs after check in time. Elevator is noisy.

  07/19/2026: We stayed here for 6 days. Very conveniently located to shopping, freeway, light rail. Property is dated and needs to be updated. Carpet is very worn. We tried to do laundry but the light and the air vent weren't working. I checked for 2 days and also let the staff know. They apologized but didn't seem to concerned about fixing it soon. One of the glass doors in the shower came off the rails just as I was about to get in. Caught it in time before it fell. Let the front desk know upon check out unfortunately they didn't seem fazed by it at all. Just an okay thank you. That was a bit disheartening. Room was comfortable enough. Beds and pillows were good. Shower had good water pressure and hot water. Carpet in the room was sticky and stained in some spots. Highly recommend using slippers. Service is okay depending who you get at the counter. You may find yourself standing at the front desk for some time before being acknowledged. Some people are really friendly and helpful others not so much. It's a pretty busy location. Breakfast is decent. Pretty good selection of hot food and continental. The menu does rotate. Overall good stay and as expected. Lots of parking as well.

  We had an excellent stay at this property After staying at several hotels during our road trip, this property really stood out for all the right reasons. The hotel was exceptionally clean, well-maintained, and professionally managed. Our room was spotless, comfortable, and everything worked exactly as expected. The common areas were clean, the property felt safe and welcoming, and it was clear that the staff takes pride in maintaining the hotel. The staff was friendly, courteous, and made the check-in and check-out process smooth and hassle-free. The complimentary breakfast was well organized, with a good variety of fresh options to start the day. We were traveling as a family with our dog, and this hotel provided a comfortable and relaxing stop during our journey. It truly lived up to the Best Western Plus standard. We highly recommend this property to anyone traveling through the area and would gladly stay here again on our next trip.

  Used to be one of my go to properties but the quality has deminished significantly. The rooms on the fourth floor have skylights that flood the room with light while the sun is out. After 9 pm in the summer! The breakfast also used to be one the better ones from BW. It now just barely qualifies as a breakfast. Egg block is barely "scrambled" and the sausage looks uncooked. That is the extent of the offerings now. Very disappointed.
