  I placed my order through the app and it sent it to the wrong location, but Mikayla, the General Manager, went above and beyond to help me get everything sorted out and make sure I received a full refund. I had previously been told by the other location that there was nothing they could do, so I truly appreciated Mikayla taking the time to help. She is an outstanding manager, and it’s clear that she has a great team behind her. The food was also prepared perfectly. Excellent customer service, great management, and quality food—this Wingstop truly deserves five stars!

  So yesterday I called in and order 20 pc lemon pepper 20 pc mango habanero 10 hot honey I got there and they gave me all boneless when I wanted traditional. I don’t go there often so I didn’t mention and the lady who took my order didn’t ask either. Mistakes happen not blaming the employee but you would think she would also ask instead of assuming I wanted boneless when taking the order. I go back in and I kindly let them know I wanted traditional instead of boneless. The manger on shift was a bit rude off the bat and defensive. Told me he would give me 10% off but I would have to pay again and I told him the lady who took my order didn’t ask and just assumed. He then let me know that was his best employee implying I was saying something about the employee or lying. I told him if she would have asked I would have said traditional. He told me if I wanted them remarked he’d call his boss. So he did and when he came back he told me he would be able to remake them at no charge. I asked if I could leave a tip for the inconvenience and he refused as his words he was being a jerk to me. I patiently waited 15-20 mins the employee who takes my order in the first place the “best employee” tells me “ok we have 40 mango habanero 10 hot honey ready for you” I was confused she was talking to me because clearly that’s not my order and I kindly let her know and she went to the back to “check” and she was like yes I checked all there. I get to my car opened everything I got 20 pc mango habanero 10 hot honey and 20 mango habanero with lemon pepper mixed together. So when she went to go check she knew the order was not correct and still gave it to me as it was. And keep in mind that the lemon pepper was for me and my toddler who cannot eat spice as I have really bad heartburn. And this is his best employee. The mango habanero barely even had any sauce most of them were plain. Looked like they just put the wings in the box and drizzled sauce on top. I was super patient about everything until the last thing. Super frustrating
