  This is the second uncooked sandwich we got from this place and it seems like we call in complain everytime but the crazy thing is so they’ve forgotten a chicken sandwich a fry and this time 4 cheese sauces everysingle time ive ask did you double check the bag and everytime ive gotten a yes this time they didn’t wanna remake my cold food after I had to drive there pick it up get lied to drive all the way home then call be on hold for 20 minutes then drive all the way back I will not be going back because 8/10 times they’ve messed up and to top off the cold food i got a chicken patty with no bread looked like they dropped it on the floor then put it on a bun the meat it’s self was cold and gross i took a bite and spit it out I had to just ask for a refund the girl that said it was all in the bag wouldn’t even look at us we got told to leave the store if we wer gonna have attitude so after I get my refund i wooll absolutely not be going back

  The food was good and fresh, but when I ordered my food I thought I got the Louisiana rub but my mistake was that I ordered cajun so I politely asked if they could switch it the lady said yes and 5 minutes later she goes out to smoke a cigarette… 10-15 minutes go by and shes still not back, so I went up to the other lady and she whipped me up some in like 3 minutes props to that worker. The lady who was just awful was Bethany.. 1 star for her service and I hope your cigarette was good.

  It was so cold waiting for our food, they were prombt but not enough food for what we paid for. Food was good though.

  Never ate here but way too expensive for chicken one of the meats largely ate by Americans can you justify eating a 20 dollar meal for 10 wings and fries and a drink. There's a reason why more and more ppl are eating at home

  I placed my order through the app and it sent it to the wrong location, but Mikayla, the General Manager, went above and beyond to help me get everything sorted out and make sure I received a full refund. I had previously been told by the other location that there was nothing they could do, so I truly appreciated Mikayla taking the time to help. She is an outstanding manager, and it’s clear that she has a great team behind her. The food was also prepared perfectly. Excellent customer service, great management, and quality food—this Wingstop truly deserves five stars!
