  I had saved a document to my phone I needed printed. The size format was too small to print legible. Jordan took the time to help me get a copy of the document in full, correct size. Friendly, helpful, professional staff.

  Jordan was great very patient when I was not able to get my email to work to send over the Amazon label asked me a couple times if I needed any help.

  If you are needing to ship something dont pay in store. Print your lable off from the ups website. Went in to deliver a package today after looking into a couple different shipping options and saw a 3 day option for ups for around 30 dollars. So I visited the store and they quoted me over 60 dollars for the same delivery date as online. When I asked about it the person at the desk had no answer for the massive price difference. Save your money and just buy the shipping lable online, tape it to the box, then drop it off.

  Five stars for the 15th Ave UPS team in Longview! Riley went above and beyond helping me with my Amazon returns—he was professional, efficient, and exceptionally kind. Outstanding customer service like this is rare, and I truly appreciate leaving with such a great experience. You guys are the best!

  Unsure of where or how to return a package to sender. I decided to go to the UPS store in Longview Wa. on 15th Ave and Riley helped print the return label, retaped the box , advised me that I needed to send it from the post office. Without charging me, was truly a refreshing experience.
