  This store is doing a scam I wanted to get an I phone 16e ryt now as of 16 June 2026 they have a promotion for 10$ per phone for 16 e but she is telling me that the phone is 200$ I asked her again she is telling that she is positive They over charged my brother previously and they didn’t even give him a receipt so I think this place is still a scam. I’m pretty sure and I’m pretty positive. I’m gonna reach out the consumer affair, Attorney and see what I can do. I would not recommend this place.

  Aubree and Stefanee are amazing! I would highly recommend seeing these ladies. They have been there for years and always take care of all my cellular needs.

  God these people are great, I was paying up the wazzu for verizon. I went into cricket and it was like an experience out this world. when i first walked in i was greated by this super cute blond, she greeted me at the door, i didn't have to wait at all. I'm generally concerned about people with blue in their hair, but not having to wait to be helped told me what the heck. Lets go with it, sadly she had a previous customer come in and she had to help someone else. Then this super hot redhead store manager jumped in and took over. She got me a a free phone for next to nothing a month and even threw in a free cellphone case. Furthermore, the interaction didnt end until she walked me to the door. So what else could I do...? I married her. But as for expectations of what a phone store should offer in terms of customer care, cricket wireless of longview raises the expectations of what a retail store in this day and age should strive to be, but fall so far from the bar. It's one reason I credit to modern failure of retail store industries.

  Without the manager wyatt it's not the same horrible customer service. Pushy to buy when all I need is help with my current phone.
