  I don’t know why I even bother with Subway anymore. Arrived at around 3pm on 6/2/26. I got there early so I had to wait, which was totally fine. I even told her to take her time, that I’m in no rush. Both sandwiches were the same so it shouldn’t be that easy to mess up. Both sandwiches were soggy, poorly wrapped, completely uncut, and absolutely overloaded with olives and pickles. Somewhere near 25ish olives and 20ish pickles compared to the standard 6-8 each (footlong ratios). More pickles and olives than meat. It was absolutely disgusting. I had to cut my own sandwich, dry off the sogginess, and remove the excess pickles/olives just to make it edible. I’ve yet to find a single Subway location that can actually be relied on for consistency and quality. $13 per sandwich and this is the sort of disrespectful slop they serve you? At this point just go find a local sandwich shop to spend your money at.

  Went to subway and ordered a salad. The lady asked if I wanted my chicken heated and I said no, trying to make things easier for her since she was training someone and looked to be overworked. Got my salad and the chicken was literally Frozen. Went back up to the counter and said hey I don't know if we can remake this or you just give me a refund but this chicken is completely Frozen. She said, well I asked if you wanted it heated. Like I am supposed to know that if I didn't get it heated it would mean that thw chicken is frozen? I said I wasn't expecting it to be frozen and then she one again said "well I asked if you wanted it heated; that's why." I said, I order my salad with cold chicken all the time and never has it been frozen until now. My mom also got a sandwich and had hers toasted and the chicken was still partially frozen. I explained that. Seems like she didn't believe me. She eventually ended up remaking my salad and my mom's sandwich but I thought it was very strange that she was trying to make it my fault that the chicken was frozen. On top of everything she really skimmed me on the salad (the first salad is the one in the picture) You spend over $12 for a salad for it to not even reach the edge of the bowl. Total rip-off. Definitely not going back to this location.

  The restaurant was as clean and well stocked. The staff worked quickly and were friendly. The bread and vegetables were fresh and the sandwiches were great. I will be back.

  Guy working behind the counter at 5pm on April 11th mean mugged us right out of there. he looked at us the whole time with disgust and like he didn't want to serve us. Taking our business somewhere else.

  I hate to be that person but the guy working behind the counter made me pretty uncomfortable slamming around pans and being openly hostile. I noted on my online order I wanted my sandwich with the cheese on top of the meat and toasted, the guy started making it wrong then got really upset when I insisted it was made how I ordered to the point he started arguing with me and telling me he cant fix it once the toppings are on. The sandwich was still never toasted. I just want my sandwich made how I ordered it. The ingredients and sandwiches are usually fresh so that is a plus.
