I rarely leave negative reviews, but this location has earned one.
The service here has been consistently disappointing. On multiple visits, the employee preparing my sandwich was noticeably stingy with vegetables and acted annoyed when reasonable requests were made. After reading other reviews, I was surprised to see that several customers have reported the exact same issue. When multiple people describe the same experience, it starts to look less like an isolated incident and more like a management problem.
What bothered me even more than the portioning was the attitude. Customer service seemed to be treated as an inconvenience rather than a priority. A simple request was met with indifference, and the overall interaction left me feeling like my business wasn’t wanted.
Corporate should pay attention to the pattern of complaints being posted here. Potential customers should take a few minutes to read the reviews before deciding whether to visit this location. There are plenty of places that appreciate their customers and provide friendly service without making people feel like they’re asking for a favor.
Until management addresses the recurring complaints about service, attitude, and consistency, I can’t recommend this location.
