  This was one of the most professional UPS stores that I have been too. This is after visiting two other stores in the area. One of the stores failed to open on time and the other one had a rude customer service rep. Diego went out of his way to help me out, and it was much appreciated.

  Been in here several times this week. The hours listed on the building says open sunday 11-4. Showed up today (sunday) and waited till 1115am. No one showed up to open. Very annoyed. Even took a Pic today of their clearly listed hours.

  I have to return more amazon packages than I'd like to admit. I've needed a lable printed on a number of occasions. Amozon makes it difficult & they do their best to be helpful. It's worth the price of the lables being printed. Thank you, Andrea & staff. I will eventually learn your names too.

  EDIT: This employee looked up my business on the label from the package I dropped off and gave my business a 1 star fake google review after I did this review! I can’t believe this! I was second in line when opening. When customers were walking in after me, the lady huffed “Jesus” and rolled her eyes. Slammed my package on the cart. UPS, I know you read and respond to these reviews, WHY is that lady STILL working at this store? She is the rudest person I have ever met working in customer service!
