  Mariana and Roxanne were extremely helpful, friendly, and professional. They only had one left of the phone I was looking for, and they held it for me so I could come get it. Much better service than the 38th Street location. If you have Cricket and live in the Tacoma area, go to Lakewood!

  No volveré a esta ubicación. El personal fue grosero y poco amable. La persona con la que hablè en la oficina me habló de una manera muy brusca, lo cual no me gustó. Considero que los clientes deben ser tratados con respero y cortesía en todo momento. Espero que mejoren su atención al cliente y la forma en que se comunican con las personas.

  Very pleasant staff and there NOT just taking your money they not afraid to tell u no on something that u don't really need I really appreciated the ladies honesty especially now days if most of society can get over on u they will but not here at this store I would recommend all people needing real staff that truly help u this is the place thanks guys 100
