    Went there and got told I wouldn’t be helped for 15 mins to come back when they have two working and one can do online and one can do people in the store.

    What “sandwich artist “ forgets to put bacon on an American club! Also didnt get the correct cheese also packed it with onions and peppers like it’s a normal amount on sandwich. I quit eating here 2 years ago because of similar issues thought I’d give it another try after two years nope same problem. Don’t order unless you walk in and watch them making your sandwich

    A few months ago, the power went out on the key peninsula while we were in the middle of having our sandwiches made. The store instantly went pitch black with just me and my husband and two employees the employee making our sandwich screamed at the top of his lungs. The F word I hate this job and took his headset off and smashed it on the ground. He then proceeded to refuse to let us have the sandwich he had already completed because the cash register would not work with no power. After 10 minutes of back-and-forth we walked out to our car and ordered the sandwich we had just made inside through the app. We walked back inside to let him know. We had purchased the sandwich and he carried it out FROM THE BACK. Acted upset we had figured out a way to purchase it, never even looked at our phone to confirm and just handed it and walked off without a word. It was pretty clear he was hoping to eat it. I reached out to management the next day and was told the district manager would give me a call. I never received a call. Just a couple of weeks ago we again had a negative customer service experience with one of the employees taking her time to count her tips and divvy them up after each customer while customers waited in line and the employee making our sandwich appearing to be high, making statements that did not make sense and counting out every single piece of cucumber, tomato, olive etc. that he put on our sandwich. It took 15 minutes for him to make our two sandwich sandwiches. Again, I have asked for the local district manager to give me a call and for two weeks I have not heard anything.

    I’ve visited this Subway a few times since moving to the area. It had been years since I last had Subway, so I was pleasantly surprised to find it just as I remembered. It is always clean, and the staff is friendly and helpful. I particularly enjoy the drive-thru option, which is convenient when you don’t want to get out of your car or truck.
