  There are a few subways in town and even though this one of the furthest away I make it my choice. Clean store, friendly staff and great portions!

  Terrible and dismissive customer service. My sandwich was incomplete, so I called the store 3–4 times after getting home, but no one answered. I returned to the store with the sandwich itself, with only a couple of bites taken before I noticed the problem. Instead of checking the order and resolving the mistake professionally, the employee blamed me for not reporting it sooner and claimed he had been too busy to answer the phone. He became rude, argumentative, and dismissive. In the attached video, he says, “It’s a joke. You guys eat all the sandwiches and then come back saying something was missing.” I brought the sandwich back and showed him the issue. His accusation was insulting and completely inappropriate. Customers should not be treated like liars for reporting a legitimate order mistake. Management should review the video and address this employee’s behavior.

  Subway has some horrible “shrinkflation” why have an option for extra on your toppings and then they give you hardly the bare minimum. I asked for flat bread not a flat sandwich. Pretty much a dusting of steak too. Would not recommend this subway or any of them near by considering they have all seemed to switch “owners”.

  I haven't been to a Subway in about 10 years, and this last visit makes it seem like it'll be another 10. Overpriced, poor quality. Bread is still more like paper than bread. Stingey with ingredients. Just not worth it. If you want a nice sandwich in Lake Stevens grab one from Conto's for maybe $2 more than the 10" "footlong" from Subway.

  The person behind the counter was extremely rude and did not understand much english. we asked him for a signature sub and he asked us what we should put in it, the whole point of a signature sub is that you do not have to say every ingredient. He got visibly irritated anytime i asked him anything
