  We had to send a fax to Flordia. I was surprised anyone still needed those . Very helpful and calm considering the place was packed. People were lined up out the door.

  I just asked to use the restroom because I didn’t want to walk all the way through Home Depot where I had just come from The lady in the back asked “who are you”? “A customer”? Could have been. Never will now. ✌🏼

  This review is for the UPS store #5544 in Lacey, WA. Your employee John did an outstanding job handling the items I needed to have packaged and shipped. I was visiting family from out of town and needed my childhood comic books shipped here to Texas. John was very meticulous with each of my comic books. He literally took each one and put them in 3 separate piles and took a picture of each one of my comics. These books are very important to me and he went above and beyond. These comics are over 35 years old. Damn great job John. Very much appreciated.

  The nicest people work here! Even when there’s a big line, it moves fast. I find the workers to be helpful and well trained.

  Wonderful customer service!! SUSHAN was so helpful and kind even though it was so close to closing time, she didn't make me feel rushed and made my daughter and I feel very welcome. She went above and beyond to make my experience a pleasant one. I would highly recommend this location!
