    $18.65 for a protein bowl salad!!That is freaking nuts. I can get a cheaper salad at Applebee's. Salad was brown and ingredients were definitely not fresh. I used to love Subway, but the prices are just too expensive for what you get.

    I stopped going to Subway because of poor service and instances of food poisoning, but I went in this location today for a little snack and the whole interaction was great. I ordered one of the $3.99 protein bites and the lady working was super nice.

    Came here after I left the yelm subway that was infested and really glad I did. Alberto was great, service was friendly and inviting, food also tasted just as great as the service I received here. Even though this place is 45 minutes out of way, will definitely be back again. Place was clean as well.

    Put in an online order, estimated time for it to be ready was 20 min. When we got there the kid they had working, Anthony, hadn't even started the order and laughed about it and said he wouldnt be starting any time soon. Then made comments about how it was a big order and then folded the receipt and pushed it to the side. Then threatened to cancel our order while we were standing there. MIND YOU, HE WASNT MAKING ANY OTHER CUSTOMERS FOOD AT THE TIME! Most unprofessional crap. Then when we asked for something in writing saying that his manager, Rose, said she would refund the money he refused. Funny thing is he marked the order as picked up in the app but hadn't even started it. This subway may be down the road from our house but I will gladly drive somewhere else so I won't have to deal with that poor customer service. Sucks too because usually the staff there is amazing. But as long as Anthony has a job there, I wouldn't recommend going.
