One of the best customer service experiences I've ever received at a subway. Chauncey made my sandwich great and even recommended certain toppings. I hope to see him as a regional manager soon.

A lady with a very bad attitude. I had to forget a whole one foot sandwich for her rudeness. Never go there again

Chauncey made the food great just the right amount of veggies and meat the sandwich was amazing and perfect he was really polite and gave me outstanding customer service

Wow wow wow! The woman working there around 3PM on 3/25/26 is BAD NEWS. She had two customers besides us. We were placing a mobile order so that we could take advantage of our free sub (buy 3 get the 4th free). She turned off ordering while we were ordering because she was "overwhelmed" by the two customers she had, which shut us out from being able to use our free sub reward! So, we walked up to order and request our sub. This rude worker (who we've had the unpleasantness of dealing with before) was being incredibly rude to an elderly woman who couldn't see the prices on the menu board. She just kept saying to the customer, "WHAT do you WANT?" over and over. I finally stepped in and said "she can't see the prices, she's asking you for the prices." She snapped at me, "I KNOW that, I'm asking her what she wants!!!". The elderly woman told her, "the Fresh Fit Menu." The worker then snapped at her, "WHAT do you want on the Fresh Fit Menu?". The woman replied, "I don't know, I can't see the prices." This went on for several minutes. We were thoroughly disgusted with this "worker" so we finally left and went to Wendy's. That woman should not be working there. In the past, she has seemed high. She can't get the sandwiches straight and has argued with us that she knows what she's doing (as we had to continually instruct her with things such as "did you put the ham on?" and "you didn't get the cheese on there", etc.). She does NOT know what she's doing. The thing she does best here? RUN OFF CUSTOMERS! I am truly disappointed with the owner of this Subway for putting rude people like this in the store.
