  I had to cancel a trip due to medical reasons, nothing I could do about it. I went through a 3rd party, so they told me I had to reach out to them. That 3rd party was willing to refund and reached out to the hotel directly and they told me no! So because I broke my leg 4 days before my trip, they wanted to cancel my trip but still charge me $150. When I'm healthy I stay up there 5 times a year, along with my softball team of 12 people. I promise you, we will never stay there again.

  We stayed here three nights, and our stay was excellent! The staff was friendly and accommodating. The location was conveniently located to appointments we were in town for, and is also close to several restaurants and shopping. The room we had was clean and served our needs perfectly. The breakfast was delicious, and was among the best we've had when staying at a hotel. We will stay here again if the need arises in the future.

  Stayed here several times, my go to hotel when in the area. Quiet, clean, less than a mile away from Safeway, Starbucks, Chick-fil-A, and Walmart.

  Staff was helpful and polite, we checked in late on the 4th and they were so nice. Breakfast attendants were great (only had coffee, but they were spot on asking if I needed anything) not pushy or stopping service early (I have seen that at many other hotels), my grandkids in a separate room were able to get a great Breakfast. Later on we realized my husband had lost his wedding ring, I called the front desk and in 5 minutes she called me back that the housekeeping staff had located it in the bed!! WONDERFUL STAFF!

  Our room was clean and comfortable and the hot shower was amazing, as were the bath products. The breakfast was a step above other hotels we’ve recently stayed at. Fresh cut fruit was so nice!
