  My husband and I were randomly talking about what an absolute perfect model of customer service this UPS store is. There has been some turnover in staff in the decade I’ve been visiting, but much less than one might expect with younger staff. But the manager of this location consistently hires the same service minded standard and it really is deeply impressive. The employees all seem happy and to enjoy their work and each other. They seem relaxed and at ease, but hold such an amazing standard of relaxed customer service. This is a shining example of retail customer service done right and the management should seriously consider writing a book on their approach.
