  Joshua was so helpful and friendly! it was my first time shipping big boxes so i wasn’t super sure how to do it all but he was very patient and explained very well. He also helped customers in between my purchase (while i brought in the stuff, grabbed my id, etc.) which helped not build up a super long line. Very efficiently ran store. All in all, i feel good abt shipping stuff with this store and would absolutely recommend it.

  Very slow and unprofessional service. The employee did not seem to know what she was doing, and it took about 15 minutes just to ship one regular box. If she is still in training, management should have an experienced employee next to her to assist. Customers should not have to wait this long for a simple shipment.

  Very unprofessional UPS location. I brought in a regular package, but the employee had to go ask someone whether they could even ship it. Then she asked for my ID, which has never happened when shipping this same item before. She measured the package several times, entered information into the computer, and quoted me $75. I ship the exact same item every week from another UPS location for about $26. Then another employee came over and changed the price to $39, plus the cost of a box. The employees seemed confused and did not know what they were doing. The pricing was inconsistent, and the entire experience was frustrating. I will continue using my usual UPS location instead.

  The worst ups I have been to. Especially the lady is super rude and trying to be unhelpful.

  The service is great, the place is organized, the people are friendly. BUT please ask some of the employees to shower before they come to work. The smell is horrendous! I love this place but they need to smell better for the whole store smells too 😷
