  Joshua stayed open for us to take some last minute passport pictures! He’s also helped us multiple times for notary, always efficient and perfectly done - no problems!

  Surprised by the negative reviews here, it's not my experience with this location at all. I come here weekly to drop off packages for both UPS and USPS. The staff is incredibly friendly and kind and there's almost never a line. Two things to note for USPS services -- 1. They don't have a QR scanner so you need to print and attach a label to ship here. 2. The mail carrier only picks up once a day, usually in the mid morning, so anything dropped off after goes out the next day.

  I had an incredibly frustrating experience at this UPS Store. Last week they wasted my time by not explaining the label process correctly, and when I came back today to resolve it, the cashier was unbelievably rude. Instead of apologizing for their colleague's mistake, they argued with me aggressively and were rude to other customers too. It’s honestly shocking that this store would keep someone like that on staff and risk their reputation. I'm really angry that they wasted a whole week of my time and then treated me this poorly today. Make sure you know that it wasn’t just me—they were rude and disrespectful to everyone around. This kind of behavior is unacceptable. The picture attached belongs to the said employee.
