  UPS far outperforms FedEx, the people who work there are known around town as the friendliest and make all the difference when you’re trying to take care of business. And they play good music!

  This UPS is horrible (while I like most other UPS stores). The associate is super rude to some people. She selectively greets (or does not greet) based on race/gender, which is extremely disrespectful. The management should provide appropriate training to the employees on how to behave with customers.

  I'm very surprised by the amount of negative reviews! Joshua and Destiny have always been such kind and patient individuals, especially when I or others are not organized or fully ready with Amazon returns or shipment details! I've also noticed that on top of helping customers, they are training new people who get hired at the same time! I will give the new people some grace, as people need time to learn the basics. This store always provides such great service thanks to their hardworking employees. Long lines don't last very long if those two are on shift together! I go out of my way to visit this store and I plan to continue to do so! Thank you team!

  Destiny helped me for ovet 2 hours (on and off with other customers) to send important documents. She is patient, kind and efficient. This is a great UPS store. Lots of parking.
