I had a very disappointing experience at this FedEx location. My package was refused simply because it was wrapped in stretch film. The staff told me that their manager had created a rule prohibiting the acceptance of packages wrapped this way, even though this is a common packaging method used for shipping.
Instead of following standard shipping practices and trying to help customers, they appear to be enforcing their own policies that create unnecessary problems and waste customers’ time. I made the trip expecting normal service, only to be turned away for a reason that doesn’t seem to be based on official FedEx shipping requirements.
I hope management reviews these practices and ensures that customers receive consistent service that follows actual company policies rather than arbitrary local rules.

Stood there for 10 min when I was having issue with print saying 'unable to print' and after that I was told 'sometimes it doesnt work' and dude just walked away, very unprofessional.
Extremely slow, no interest in solving customer problems whatsoever- it feels like people who work there just clock in and can’t wait to clock out! Very frustrating! In contrast local print shop in Woodinville picked up the call, polite, offered to help and get the order same day! Support your local small business please - they deserve it, not FartEx!
I arrived at 6:42 pm when the store is closing at 7. I have 18 minutes, and Henry at the front keeps reminding me that they close in 15 minutes. And due to his delay, by the time I use the KIOSK it was 10 minutes from closing and he asks me to leave.
What store kicks customers out 18 minutes before closing time? If they don't want my business, I will never be back to this one. The staff in Bellevue is a lot nicer and helpful.
