- SRSar RahJun 5, 20265.0I don’t usually write reviews, but this UPS Store definitely deserves one! I walked in about 30 minutes before closing and honestly wasn’t sure if they would still be able to help me since I had several documents that needed to be certified and notarized. Not only did John accommodate me, but he made the whole process smooth and stress-free. John was incredibly friendly, professional, and efficient. He took the time to carefully review everything, made sure all the details were correct, and never made me feel rushed even though it was close to closing time. I also want to give a shoutout to Jaedan. While John was helping me, Jaedan did a great job taking care of the other customers and keeping things moving. Before coming here, I stopped by at the UPS Renton location first closer to work, but they weren’t able to help me. I’m so glad I decided to come to the Kent Kangley location instead. This wasn’t my first time here, and honestly, every visit has been a great experience. The staff are always helpful, professional, and seem to care about their customers. Thank you, John and Jaeden, for the excellent service. You turned what could have been a stressful errand into a really positive experience. Highly recommend this location! 👏👏 👏 To management: I hope you see this review and give them a raise! 😆 They absolutely earned it.

Just a heads up that you will need to buy a shipping bag if you didn't keep your original packaging for returns. You can go home and look for it or just pay them $2 for the shipping bag and enjoy life. Yes it gets busy sometimes so just be patient and you're going to get great service.
